Subscription Terms
These terms govern the Goals and Gambles Growth Systems plans and a la carte add-ons purchased at checkout. Last updated June 2026.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Starter and Growth plans, and any a la carte add-on with a monthly fee, are recurring subscriptions. You choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Monthly plans are billed every month; annual plans are billed once per year. Add-ons with a one-time setup fee charge that fee on your first invoice, then the stated monthly fee on the recurring schedule. All prices are in U.S. dollars and processed securely by Stripe.
2. Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price shown when you subscribed, and your payment method is charged automatically, until you cancel. We will show the renewal amount and cadence before you purchase. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, from your customer portal → “Manage / cancel subscription,” which opens our secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for. You may also email goalsandgambles@gmail.com and we will process it for you.
4. Refunds
Because plans are cancellable at any time and you retain access through the paid period, recurring fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
5. Price changes
We may change plan pricing. Any change applies to your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable advance notice by email. Continuing your subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price; if you do not agree, you can cancel before renewal.
6. Ownership and service
You own the deliverables and results produced under your plan. We build and operate your growth system for the duration of your subscription. Service levels and scope are described on the plan and in any engagement agreement in your portal.
