1. Information We Collect

When you purchase or use a Growth Systems plan we collect:

• Account data - name, email address, and password (hashed).
• Billing data - payment is processed by Stripe. We store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data - pages visited, features used, and timestamps, used to improve the service and diagnose issues.
• Communications - messages you send through the client portal or by email.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver, operate, and support your Growth Systems subscription.
• To process payments and send billing-related emails via Stripe and Resend.
• To communicate with you about your account, projects, and deliverables.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with these service providers only as needed to operate the service:

• Stripe - payment processing and subscription billing.
• Resend - transactional email delivery.
• Render - cloud hosting and database infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and preference storage only. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at tony.gamble@goalsandgambles.com. You may also cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from the client portal.

7. Your data choices

Analytics cookies are optional: the site sets them only if you accept the consent banner, and you can decline without losing any functionality. Account holders can request a data export or deletion from their account (POST /api/account/data-request) or by emailing support at the address below. We retain personal data only while your account is active, plus any minimum period required by law.

You can change your mind at any time. The button below withdraws any analytics consent you gave earlier and shows the consent banner again so you can make a new choice. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting was.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
